The electronic scientific journal "The Bulletin of Student Science of the Department of Information Systems and Programming" is a peer-reviewed online journal. Jornal publishing since 2017. The languages of the articles are Russian and English. The Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technologies and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor) issued a CERTIFICATE for registering the mass media Al No. FS77-70863 of August 30, 2017.

The electronic scientific journal "Bulletin of Student Science of the Department of Information Systems and Programming" is also registered in the National Agency ISSN of the Russian Federation. The edition is assigned the number 12/07/2017. The frequency of the issue is 1 time a year.

All manuscripts of each issue are published on the journal's website in open access without charges for article processing, article submission and article publication. Each article is checked on antiplagiat and going through a peer review process. The average number of weeks between the submission and publication of the article is two weeks.

The founder and publisher of the magazine is Associate Professor, PhD, Popova Olga Borisovna.

The purpose of the journal is to help bachelors, masters, specialists and graduate students acquire the skills of conducting scientific research, compiling scientific articles, maintaining scientific documentation and publishing the received materials in a scientific journal.

Tasks of the journal:

1. Provide an opportunity for the publication of students' articles on different areas of science, within the disciplines taught at the Department of Information Systems and Programming, as well as guests from other departments, educational institutions and countries.
2. Provide an open review of articles, in accordance with accepted norms in scientific journals.
3. Help in the design, maintenance and editing of articles.

Registration of the journal in RINC, in the media, in the Inform Register, receiving ISSN, ISBN and monthly payment of the standard tariff is carried out with the financial support of the Russian Humanitarian Scientific Foundation No. 16-03-00382 of February 18, 2016, under the theme "Monitoring research activities of educational institutions in the conditions Information society ". The results obtained from the analysis of the authors' publication activity will be used in scientific research.
